Imagine perpetual streams of information that are being globally distributed via algorithms; accessible to most of us through devices we carry along at all times: sunny holiday pictures and our moments of greatest bliss, new age spirituality propagating mindfulness and self-optimization, sexy thirst traps and alienating NPC lives next to images of natural and environmental disasters, agonizing mass destruction, censorship and cancel culture. Quite a peculiar mix to process simultaneously and constantly, wouldn’t you agree?
